What You Will Do to Change Lives 

The Regional Float Pool Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. Regional Float Pool employees work assigned shifts in multiple program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations and is required to adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles. This requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms.   

Your role will cover Telecare’s program needs throughout Los Angeles County. 

On Call; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed

Staffing Float Pool expected starting wage range is $19.04 - $22.94.  Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) 

High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent  At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting  Must be willing to work at any assigned shift at any program in designated region  Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing, and documentation requirements  Experience in multiple documentation software or platforms  Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
