Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Regional FP&A Manager role. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

Provide comprehensive financial analysis of monthly performance for the Americas region. Proactively support and review business submissions for accuracy and completeness ensuring that global and regional deadlines are maintained. Conduct in depth research, providing detailed financial information and related data for forecasting, budgeting, decision support, and reporting. Present financial findings to leadership, including the SVP of Miracle-Ear.

This role will be based in Minneapolis, MN and has a hybrid work arrangement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and submissions regionally and globally on behalf of region Monthly budget and forecasting analysis  CAPEX, M&A, Inventory, and Receivables reporting management 

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance  5+ years of experience Strategic planning and implementation experience required  Large-scale and multi-faceted project experience required Experience with a BI system required, PowerBI preferred Experience with ERP required, Oracle Fusion preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel (pivot tables/macros), Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Strong communication skills, with ability to share detailed information to various levels of an organization Self-sufficient and proactive aptitude to solving business challenges

Compensation - Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be: $130,000-$150,000 USD
