The Regional Functional Lead will be working as part of the Global Process Excellence team and will lead organizational, standardization, and program management within the Connect PPG SAP S/4 Hana global implementation project.
The scope of this role includes the following:
Developing and implementing procedures to measure business resource network touchpoints, concerns, and adoption
Developing and implementing procedures to measure record-to-report standardization against the global template
Participation in the development of communication material (agenda/content) for Business Process Leader meetings
Developing and overseeing organizational tools or applications to manage timelines and deliverables
Recognizing impacts within stream, cross-stream, and across programs that require action for Connect and working to remove or mitigate risks
Coaching team activities as needed to optimize team efficiency
Serve as lead for transition from ARIS to Signavio for business processes
Quantify RTR change risk and create contingency plans to eliminate or mitigate the risk
Serve as a liaison with deployment team and data team to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or related discipline
Minimum ten years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge
Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required
Skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a teamwork atmosphere
Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
Willingness to have a degree of flexibility in work hours and tasks assigned
Ability to travel for on-site working sessions 25%of the time
