Overview **Position Summary:** The Regional General Manager is responsible for overseeing operations execution and performance of 6-8 branches within a designated region. This leadership role encompasses all aspects of field execution, including installation, technical service, collections, warehouse management, and inventory control, while ensuring the financial health of the region through effective P&L management. The role drives operational excellence by deploying network initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring standardization of process and tools across the region. **Key Job Responsibilities:** **Region:** • **Operational Leadership:** Deploy and support cross functional CSC initiatives and operational strategies across all branches to ensure alignment and enable a focused, productive operational team • **Process Optimization:** Drive the adoption of process standards, promote a problem-solving mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies • **Team Development:** Promote and provide thought leadership, coaching and mentoring throughout the regional teams to ensure each branch is equipped for success. • **Change Management:** Enable and support regional and branch level changes that drive operational effectiveness and alignment to both network and regional goals. • **Culture & Customer Focus:** Lead a branch culture that balances team development and customer experience, ensuring the “right” focus on both experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control. Build and strengthen customer relationships. • **Cross-functional Engagement:** Foster engagement and alignment by improving collaboration and communication to drive process improvement and effective execution. • **Financial & Asset Management:** Oversee financial goals, budgeting, and operational performance to achieve regional objectives, ensuring alignment with the network. What we’re looking for **Required Education & Experience:** • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or 8-12 years related operations management, logistics, or business administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience managing multiple operations and associated P&Ls; ideally across multiple service functions, large geographies, and various customer types • Significant experience in a related field, such as those involving servicing equipment, field operations and vehicles, parts inventories, etc CSC ServiceWorks is an equal opportunity employer.
