Position Overview:

As the Regional Head of Logistics (RHOL) of Europe, you will provide leadership and oversight to the Logistics teams in Europe and will be directly responsible for logistics initiatives in your region. You will build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service Delivery.

This role requires strategic management and optimization of inbound and outbound logistics, managing key logistics partnerships, oversight of the warehousing network, support end-to-end logistics, and alignment with global logistics strategies. In addition to overseeing regional logistics, you will manage key performance indicators, and collaborate with other regional leads to drive process improvements and standardization.

Success in the position requires a strong operational and strategic mindset with experience in leading growth within a matrixed corporation, cross-cultural experience, and the capability to further develop global leadership and logistics teams.
