Designation - Regional HeadLocation - BKC, MumbaiKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets for CBIG West BusinessEstablishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsLeads new customer acquisition within the assigned customer and prospect base, while retaining and growing key existing accountsImplements marketing strategies; by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbersActs as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targetsDrives field sales strategy to consistently achieve set targetsMaintains and reports accurate business updates for management reviewWorks closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfactionEnsures process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projectsEnsures optimum utilization of available resources
