**Core Responsibilities:**
**As an HR Business Partner:**
+ Provide strategic partnering to the General Manager and the leadership team of the HU/GRE/AD & RO/BG/IS Commercial Business Units
+ Give strategic advice and set directions for the respective people agenda
+ Facilitate change management processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the future strategy (capability assessment and building processes), support leadership team in org development, talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda)
+ Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness
+ Advise and co-develop the leadership team as an effective team with the BU leader
+ Lead strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence
+ Leverage CoE’s as business needs arise that can be supported through our Operational teams (e.g. Global Reward, BSO, Mobility)
**As a Site Lead:**
+ Accountable for the country HR and social agenda in HU/GRE/AD & RO/BG/IS
+ Collaborate with business and HR departments to provide regional insights and drive cascade of global processes into country specific deployment if needed
+ Oversee close collaboration with shared service center, operational HR department and external labor consultant for flawless execution of end-to-end employee cycle processes

Our People, Places and Culture (PPC) organisation includes 5 main areas: Talent, Reward, Insights, Diversity & Inclusion and People Partnering.
People Partnering covers Business Partnering as well as local employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with The LEGO Group strategic direction.
The role is part of the CEEMEA People Partnering team, which partners with the regional market group on HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. This position belongs a team of 7 dedicated and passionate HR professionals. Team members operates locally but takes part in cross-region HR activities – employees are located in four different locations: Warsaw, Prague, Dubai and Bucharest.

+ Work experience from working as an HR generalist in a global, matrix organization
+ Demonstrated ability to resolve Employee Relation cases effectively
+ Experience from driving the HR agenda in HU/GRE/AD & RO/BG/IS
+ Strong stakeholder management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication ability
+ Business understanding and some experience within project work
+ Experience working with data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions, in particular with compensation data, statutory reports
+ Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Capable of establishing and managing good relations to many different units and people at all levels in the organisation
