What will I be doing?

\n

This role will lead the Property HR function for Team Members across UAE, Oman, and Qatar, partnering with the Area Operations Team to oversee Hilton's dynamic, growing markets. You will be a key change agent responsible for implementing the HR agenda to drive the team member experience.

\n

You will be responsible for driving the talent agenda for the region, which includes scaling our teams and resources and aligning processes to meet the growth over the next several years. You will also play a key role in further developing the HR and leadership capabilities across our teams.

\n

 While you'll need experience in all aspects of HR and strong business partnering skills, we're looking for a passionate and innovative leader with a demonstrated ability to partner and align across diverse stakeholders. 

\n\nPartner with stakeholders to develop first-hand knowledge of short and long-term business goals and objectives.\nProvide guidance and leadership to the HR community and the leaders in the region.\nEnsure talent strategies are implemented to meet the performance needs of each property and overall regional targets, now and in the future.\nEnsure the best talent gets hired, is welcomed and will grow with Hilton.\nReview staffing needs and ensure qualitative recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development of leaders at the hotel level. Enable the right competitive compensation models.\nDrive optimisation work to ensure cost competitiveness and positive GOP development.\nDrive wellbeing and flexibility across the region for all team members.\nProactively manage the standards of hotel HR, ensuring compliance with local labour law and Hilton standards\nDrive our culture and our employee value proposition by being visible and focusing on amazing storytelling.\nLead, drive, and sponsor our inclusion strategies and ensure the appropriate focus, prioritisation and execution are delivered consistently and measurably.\nChampion all programs that ensure a great place to work for all at hotels in the region.\n\n

To fulfil this role successfully, you will bring with you:

\n\n\n\nExperience in and passion for hospitality\nSeveral years in an HR leadership role across the full spectrum of HR\nDemonstrable experience in creating and leading successful teams\nUses data to make informed decisions\nA strong innovation and change drive\nA mature and confident coach and advisor\nA can-do attitude\nA track record in delivering within a matrix and multi-site structure\nFluent in English  \nA strong understanding and experience of working in the Arabian Peninsula \n\n\n\n
