**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Regional Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be in charge of creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Conduct due diligence (gap analysis) for clients account and customize EHS strategy suit CBRE EHS standards. Oversee the specific HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental), HSE Annual Plans & HSE playbooks and procedures for the account to make certain they are current, complete, and effectively implemented.
+ Arrange and provide HSE training to all the employees & contractors o HSE Awareness Training – Unsafe Acts and Condition (CURE) i.e. Contractors Safety Management – Annual Induction & BBS & Ergonomics – Manual Handlings & PTW and JSA Training & Cleaning Essentials & Chemical Safety & Incident Investigation and Reporting Training & Confine Space Safety Training & Electrical Safety (Lockout Tag out) LOTO & Working at Height Safety Awareness.
+ Analyse HSE related legal requirements from time to time and implement at site strategically and as far as practicable. Communicate to management on the Safety Committee Meetings to Account/Country Operation Director.
+ Track all HSE activities via Desktop Exercises on Weekly/Bi-Weekly and Monthly basis and communicate to gaps to respective account leads/FM.
+ Monitors injury, illness, and incident related performance within the geographical and contractual area of responsibility. Monitor performance for trends or other indicators of improving or degrading incident performance and develop and implement strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required.
+ Acts as a resource to staff and internal customers as the HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) Subject Matter Expert. Provide direct and timely advice and information to the management responsible for the account or geographical region of responsibility in all matters related to HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) performance, compliance, trends, and concerns. + Implements all corporate HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) initiatives, and communicate all corporate HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) priorities in a manner that effectively drives program consistency and effectiveness across the account or geographical region of responsibility
+ Identifies opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing quality of services – Environmental Stewardship.
+ Responses to client employee concerns regarding HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) matters
+ Carry out PTW & JSA audits for facilities to meet the required standard requirements and issue stop work in case requirements are not met.
+ Support the risk assessments including but not limited to Display Screen Equipment, Manual Handling, New and Expectant Mothers and Events to the bank staff etc.
+ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE reports.
+ Be part of CBRE safety committee and prepare quarterly MOM.
+ Participate in ISO 14001 implementations, audits and committee (upon client’s request)
+ Administrate Emergency Drills and follow-up on findings.
+ Maintain competencies (Certified Safety Practitioner (SHO), Confine Space (AGTES), Trained Ergonomics Assessor, CePSWAM currently in progress).
+ Administrate all HSE Data in soft copies and assist account to face the country HSE Audits. Track the NC’s and CAPA closures via Tableau Report.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Additional certifications as required by the local authority.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
