The Regional Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for promoting and driving HR strategy and providing guidance and support to managers to help achieve results. This role serves as a primary point of contact and support between the store teams and the Human Resources teams at the Home Office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Murdoch’s culture and will support store teams to carry out our mission, values, and principles (MVP’s). This support will include coaching and advising managers across multiple locations to promote company strategy, planning and measuring actionable steps for success, and resolving issues consistent with HR and Operations policies and procedures. This role will function as a consultant to assess and integrate HR solutions that will be developed in collaboration with various HR functions and designed to deliver value-added services across a wide range of HR practices.
Work Location: The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will support Murdoch's Wyoming, Northern Colorado, and Nebraska stores and the position will require significant travel. The ideal candidate will reside west of Denver to Grand Junction, Colorado.

Provide strategic and operational HR support, consulting, and coaching to leaders and team members across multiple, assigned locations in a geographic region.Contribute to the business strategy by supporting managers to identify, prioritize, and build organizational competencies, behaviors, structures, and processes.Review business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.Support managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline needs.Support managers in providing team members with development opportunities.Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation regarding leading people and organizational management practices to develop current and future leaders.Promote high-performance and positive team member experiences by guiding store management teams to complete on-going check-ins that include feedback, coaching, development planning, setting and reviewing of performance goals, and career development plans.Provide direction, counsel, and support to team members and leaders in response to employee relations issues.Utilizes formal and informal assessment methods to proactively identify key talent/team member engagement challenges and opportunities in the business. Partners with leaders, the HR team, and other expert resources to design, implement and support solutions.Build relationships of trust and respect across the company to facilitate effective coaching and guidance on leading through significant change, leadership transitions, and overall business execution.Provides input to HR team regarding specific functional strategies, programs, and practices to ensure that they meet business needs.
