As an HR Intern, you will rotate through different HR functions and departments. This provides an opportunity for you to learn about HR practices and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.
National Internship Program:
Our program was created in 2020 to encourage and support growth of our next generation of talent. Since then, we have provided a place for over 180 interns nationwide to find meaningful professional development experiences within the insurance industry each year. During our 10-week program, interns present new ideas and help contribute to building our culture. What You'll DoPlease note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, specifically auditing and uploading documents for employees’ electronic personnel files.Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings as well as taking minutes during the meetings.Assist with ad hoc summer initiatives.Additional miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.Manage digital assets through file organization.Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
