We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across 13 locations in California, serving a workforce of approximately 800 employees. This role is critical to fostering an inclusive and compliant work environment while driving HR excellence in alignment with both regional and corporate strategies.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong cultural awareness and a proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams. Frequent travel across California locations, as well as occasional travel to our global headquarters in Massachusetts, is required. While we prefer the candidate to be based out of our Ontario, CA or Santa Fe Springs, CA locations, other California locations may be considered.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Support
Partner with regional and corporate leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.In partnership with our Corporate HR Teams, support recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives tailored to the needs of California locations.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.Employee Relations
With support from our Corporate Employee Relations team, act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.Compliance and Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to California labor laws and corporate HR policies, including wage and hour compliance, workplace safety, and harassment prevention.May support HR-related audits and investigations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Collaboration with Office Managers
Provide guidance and training to office managers responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities such as I-9 compliance, leaves of absence, onboarding, and HR recordkeeping.Establish standard practices and provide ongoing support to enhance their HR capabilities.Collaboration with Corporate HR Teams
Partner with corporate HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in areas such as talent acquisition, benefits, learning and development, and compensation.Act as a regional point of contact, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational HR initiatives.Travel
Travel frequently to California locations to provide hands-on support and build relationships with employees and managers.Travel occasionally to the Massachusetts global headquarters for training, meetings, and strategic planning.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi-location role.Expertise in California labor laws is required.Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries is a plus.Proximity to Ontario, CA or Santa Fe Springs, CA preferred.This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a diverse workforce and driving HR excellence across the region.
