Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

Weekly Schedule: Monday-Thursday Onsite and Friday Remote
Travel Requirements: 10-15%
Salary: $95,000-$100,000 (depending on expereince)

Position Overview

Beacon Hill's client based in Shakopee, MN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and coordinate HR activities across multiple locations. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to driving HR strategies, managing labor relations, and supporting key business objectives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in implementing HR processes, fostering a proactive work culture, and ensuring compliance with all legal and internal HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Regional HR Coordination: Lead and manage HR activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and HR strategies.Leadership: Oversee and provide direction to HR Managers within respective areas of responsibility, ensuring consistent implementation of HR initiatives.Strategy Implementation: Drive the execution of HR strategies and processes, providing continuous support to ensure alignment with business goals.HR Governance: Provide governance and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within the region.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a representative in overarching business group projects, contributing HR expertise to business decision-making.Executive Support: Act as the HR Business Partner to internal executives, offering guidance on HR matters and supporting executive decision-making.Labor Relations & Negotiations: Manage labor relations and/or participate in Works Council negotiations as required.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Coordinate and monitor compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring fulfillment of legal and internal requirements.Employee Development & Talent Management: Lead employee development initiatives, drive talent acquisition, and promote a proactive, high-performance work culture in line with guiding principles and code of conduct.Location Oversight: Oversee HR functions at multiple locations, ensuring alignment and support across diverse teams.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.Experience: 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 3+ years of leadership experience in an HR capacity.Certifications & Training: Relevant HR certifications, system experience, and training are preferred.Travel: Must be open to traveling (10-15% travel required).
