The Regional HR Manager (Sr. HRBP) will be based in the metro Chicago area supporting multiple districts located across multiple states. They will partner closely with business leaders including the Market District Manager, Market Loss Prevention Manager, Regional Vice President, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, District Managers, and Store Managers to execute HR compliance programs, positive Associate relations, Associate development, and solutions that support business goals and objectives.

 

This experienced HR leader will provide thought leadership, strategic consultation, coaching, change management, and support to drive talent strategies and champion our unique culture with leaders and leadership teams in a fast-paced growth environment. They will focus on identifying and implementing strategic talent solutions in support of evolving business needs, ensuring that the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning and a culture of inclusion. The Regional Mgr. will collaborate with and leverage HR’s Centers of Expertise (COEs) and HR Operations Support Center for business solutions, to guide the acquisition, development, engagement, and retention of Sierra field Associates within assigned geography. 

 

What You Will Do:

Support all Human Resources related practices for growing  geographic area while also providing leadership, strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services in a rapidly changing environment to support organizational goals and objectivesProvide thought partnership to key business and HR partners to understand and plan for future talent and organizational needs, including support around leadership summitsPartner with functional leaders to build  their talent strategies, including organizational development, talent development, learning & development, and performance managementSupport the acceleration of talent to ensure proper succession and readiness to enable business growth and effectivenessChampion culture, Inclusion & Diversity, and wellbeing within function/sEnable continuous improvement and change managementGuide the acquisition, staffing, development, and retention of TJX Associates at all levelsCollaborate in the management of compensation, and benefits programs and support a high level of employee engagement through the stewardship of a healthy work environmentAdvocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms to ensure frequent, candid communication with AssociatesFacilitate executive development assessments and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities Special projects as assignedTravel at least 50% of the time across assigned geography

 

Who We Are Looking For: You

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of HR strategy, policies and processes and their implementation in a fast-paced changing environment.Strong people skills, with a team orientation, and the ability to collaborate, partner and build effective working relationships with multiple internal partners within Human Resources, the business and cross divisional organizations in a constantly evolving environmentStrong learning agility, critical thinking, and strategic mindsetRigorous pursuit of practical business solutions while spontaneously responding to the day to day needs of the businessDemonstrated success working as a strategic business partner; demonstrable history of defining and delivering HR strategy that meets long-term, strategic business goalsProven experience supporting and influencing leaders in the advancement of Inclusion and Diversity strategies and initiativesDeveloped full life cycle project management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives and projectsSuperior team building, emotional intelligence, and leadership skillsPropensity to identify opportunities and determine solutions for enhancing efficiencies and effectivenessExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling wayDemonstrated ability to influence decision making by gathering, analyzing, and drawing insights from data Understanding of HR best practices and experience with employee relationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent7+ years of comparable multi-unit regional HRBP experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries, additional specialized CoE such as Recruiting, Organizational Development, Talent Management experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suiteExperience supporting multi-unit retail, store operations strongly preferredOpen to initial assignment in Chicago with future relocation as needed to support planned business growthExperience working in a high growth organizationMBA and/or HR Certification a plus

This position has a starting salary range of $111,300 to $144,800 per year. 

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
