Overall Role and Responsibilities:
Working with Regional Functional Leads/Subject Matter Experts (SME) support and deliver programs, policies and processes across the regionEnsure consistent reporting and coordination regionally and to the global teamSupport the EMEA Account Executive to drive and achieve goals and objectives including P&L, risk, compliance, EHS, engineering, energy targets, space planning and the account SLAs & KPIs for the accountCoordination with global functional leads to ensure the delivery of account objectivesWork directly with country/cluster leads and be a contact point for any account related issues and provide support in issue resolution.Be the delegate for the EMEA Account Executive.Business Strategy
Work with the EMEA Account Executive in defining the regional account strategyWork with global and region in defining the goals and objectives for the Regional Functional LeadsRepresent IFM - HP in internal and external networking forums and client functionsFinancial Management / Cost Control / Profitability
Working with EMEA Account Executive drive the Operational review process and facilitate the provision of accurate financial and commercial management information as required on a monthly basis.In conjunction with Finance Lead, support the preparation of accurate budgets and forecastsManage and control the account P&L with the Finance Lead to achieve the business financial objectives.Client/Stakeholder Management
Develop strong relationships with key personnel in the HP organizationDevelop strong IFM and industry relationshipsEnsure close contact is established with client organizations to remain abreast of current strategy, thinking, policies and proceduresResource Management
Work with Human Resources team on recruitment and selection strategiesWork with EMEA Account Executive and regional SMEs in defining and driving the performance management of staffWork with Human Resources team to develop region specific training and skills development programs and ensure the regional training targets are metEnsure succession plans are in place for key personnel in the regional team and coordinate same for all client service delivery staff through the management teamSenior Management Team Responsibilities
Active participation or representation in all in-Country IFM management meetingsTo identify issues and assess problems using a logical and rational approach and develop options and strategies to resolveOrganize regular operational meeting to ensure the SMEs and hub/country leads are alignedOrganize regular forums for networking and engagement for senior regional managementDemonstrated experience in a senior account leadership role responsible for complex account structure running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams (ideally large country or small cross-country account experience, looking for next level of responsibility with a large, complex account)Strong general management experience - minimum of 15 years in the business and operations, preferably experience in Property and/or Facilities ManagementSix Sigma & process re-engineering experience preferredProven track record in generating growth through business developmentQualifications in Engineering or relevant field preferredTechnical CompetenceUnderstands all technical processes and impact on delivery servicesRunning of schedules, budgets, contracts, invoices, processesQuest for ExcellenceAccount delivery optimization and continuous improvementPerformance management of the delivery teamProblem Solving & Strategic ThinkingAbility to connect technical matters with monetary and businessCapacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively; knows when to escalateAnalytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approachProven ability to employ holistic approaches and looks at long term solutionsProject Management & Organizational SkillsExcellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesLocation:
