Regional Key Account Manager

We will support your personal growth with a people-focused culture and a flexible and diverse working environment. **What to Expect:** This role involves driving demand and sales growth within Key Healthcare Accounts by enhancing contract effectiveness and making strategic decisions to improve operating profit while mitigating risks. The focus will be on selling the Medical Nutrition portfolio in Ontario and supporting Atlantic Canada, including group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and corporate Long-Term Care Chain head offices, to impact Acute, Community, and Long-Term care channels. **A day in the life:** + Develop key account business plans through analysis of sales data, environmental scans, and identification of opportunities and risks, ensuring alignment with the National Integrated Commercial Plan. + Present innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve effectiveness, while owning responsibility for recommendations and their outcomes. + Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager, Senior National Key Account Manager, and National Account Manager to drive growth in regional key accounts, adhering to contract strategies and processes. + Developing local distribution relationships, working with National Distribution Manager, to support realization of Medical Nutrition demand. + Execute key account plans by developing strategies and conducting regular business reviews to support sales growth and contract implementation. + Maximize customer interactions by effectively selling products, highlighting their economic impact, and ensuring compliance with Nestlé contracts. + Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer mapping and engagement with key decision-makers and influencers. + Deliver high-quality outputs by optimizing tools like Veeva and assessing contract effectiveness to align investments with opportunities. + Demonstrate effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, actively participating in meetings and adhering to company policies and regulations. + Demonstrate influencing without authority during interactions with colleagues including Territory Managers, Key Account Team and Senior Leadership Team. **Role Requirements** + 3+ years of experience as a sales leader with a proven track record of delivering business results preferably in the Health Care Industry + A valid full driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
