To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Role Responsibilities:** + Plan and manage **New Product Introductions (NPI)** in Indonesia and Asia Pacific countries, ensuring execution aligns with the **Plan of Record (POR)** . + Oversee **Software/Hardware Maintenance Releases (SW/HW MRs)** . + Coordinate **sample planning and distribution** for market readiness. + Handle **project changes** and manage **product liabilities** to mitigate risks. + Collaborate as the **focal point** between Business Operations, Product, and Sales teams. + Drive **cross-functional collaboration** to ensure seamless product launches. **Accountabilities:** + Deliver products **on time and on POR** . + Conduct **country launch reviews** and provide **weekly updates** . + Proactively manage **product changes** , minimizing complexity and impact. + Lead efforts to **reduce product complexity** for optimized execution. **Requirements:** + Exceptional **cross-functional communication** skills to align diverse teams. + Proven **project management discipline** with the ability to handle complex deliverables. + **2-3 years of experience** in related fields, with a preference for manufacturing knowledge. + **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field. **Additional Locations** : * Indonesia * Indonesia
