Delaware North is hiring a full-time Regional Loss Prevention Investigators to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and security breaches, including interviews and surveillance reviews  Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to resolve cases and recover stolen assets  Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, including team member training on security, cash handling, and conflict avoidance  Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and identify risks  Maintain detailed reports on investigations, track incidents, and follow up on unresolved cases 

More about you Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered in place of a degree   Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention  Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and software  Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and security protocols  High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
