Provide direction and technical guidance to the department and operations leadership in each assigned building. Ensure the region’s buildings and equipment remain in the proper state of operation while following and training team on all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTrain, guide, and influence Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure the team’s productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across the regionVisit all assigned facilities to ensure efficient operations to include ensuring all energy efficient projects are conducted in collaboration with the Lineage Energy Management departmentImplement and verify proper use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Provide recommendations on and develop future capital expenditure and ensure timely completionProvide guidance on the design and management of future building additions and new facilitiesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)High School diploma or GED7 years’ experience in facility maintenance management including resource planningExperience with working on and around the ammonia, Freon and/or CO2 refrigeration systemsDemonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Demonstrated proficiency with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan regulatory requirements, program implementation, and compliance oversightProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.Ability to travel 50%Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Pay Range: $107,250/yr. - $193,050/yr.
