Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for optimizing operations across multiple locations? We’re looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to take charge of maintenance and facility operations for multiple fulfillment centers within a designated region. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with customers, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams—all while traveling up to 75% of the time to ensure seamless execution across sites.
 

What You’ll DoLead & Oversee: Manage maintenance operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.Develop & Mentor: Guide Senior Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Managers, fostering leadership growth and succession planning.Drive Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying customer needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Optimize Performance: Implement quality assurance processes, analyze site performance metrics, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Manage budgets, forecast future needs, and align site-level strategies with long-term company goals.Ensure Safety & Compliance: Enforce best practices for workplace safety and operational effectiveness.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or equivalent experience.7+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field.Multi-site management experience with a track record of optimizing performance and driving operational success.Strong analytical skills—ability to use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.Exceptional communication & relationship-building abilities with clients, employees, and leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel 60-75% to oversee operations, foster team collaboration, and ensure service excellence across locations.Why Join Us?

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
