Regional Manager, Mid-level- TS/SCI

Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. Provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.

Responsibilities\: 

Regional Manager (RM) serves as a working level contractor included in the overall level of effort and reporting to the Program Manager (PM). The RM shall be responsible for the overall contract operations of their respective geographic region, when assigned by the PM, and shall be the contractor’s primary technical performance interface with the COR/TTM within each region. RMs shall interface directly with their designated regional Headquarters, the PM and the COR/TTM. The RM shall be available when necessary, during all duty hours to meet with the PCO or COR to discuss contract performance matters.  The RM shall work with the PM to resolve PCO/COR identified contract performance matters within their assigned region.  Receive and execute technical taskings from COR/TTM to the designated local Government representative at their assigned Regional Command.  Report mission related information to the PM when required by this PWS, appropriate regulations and guidelines, or when required by the COR to the local Government representative on tasking status. The RM shall ensure that all reported information supports PM reporting requirements.  Provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements to the contractor’s PM for inclusion in the monthly and quarterly status reports. The recommendations shall remain neutral to avoid any appearance of implied or real conflict of interest. Assist in the coordination of planning, programming, development, scheduling, and implementation of various intelligence support functions.

Clearance Required\:

TS/SCI

Minimum Education\:

Associate degree or at least two (2) years of relevant management experience.

Minimum Years of Experience\:

At least eight (8) years’ experience working in Government environment as either Government or contractor employee with at least two (2) years management experience including leading large complex projects or teams. At least two (2) years’ experience in Iraq, Afghanistan, or equivalent deployed experience.

Preferred\:  

Bachelor’s degree Experience in either Afghanistan/SWA regional/political/military issues. Former US Army Command or equivalent experience. *
