As a Regional Manager, Revenue Managment Operations you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's \"commercial engine\" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Revenue Management Operations (RMO) team reporting to Senior Manager RMO, you will work on projects relating to the Global Revenue Optimization (GRO) system, enterprise initiative deployment, and commercial strategy execution.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nProvide revenue management tactical and strategic support to hotels and above property revenue managers\nParticipate in the analysis of hotels/brands/categories performance and identify opportunities for performance improvement and the action steps required to achieve improved market share\nPrepare training materials designed to educate hotel/management company teams\nIdentify process weaknesses and develop solutions for efficiency\nParticipate in major discipline initiative/program/application deployments\nThis is an individual contributor role with no direct reports\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nEngage and support hotels and management company partners\nPartner with GRO Support, Platform Activation, RM Solutions, Inventory Innovations, and the Pricing team on initiatives and project implementation\nProvide analysis support to the commercial performance team\n\nWhat projects will you take ownership of:
\n\nYou will leverage your revenue management expertise to serve as a subject matter expert for revenue management governance and related forms, documents, and processes\nYou will apply your creative and futuristic approach to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness \n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nSeven (7) years of professional experience\nFive (5) years of revenue management experience\nFour (4) years of experience using automated RM systems and tools\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nExcellent business communication skills both verbal and written\nProvide simple explanations for complex issues\nAnalyze large data and articulate those findings through storytelling\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requests\nTeam player mentality: humility, drive and collaboration\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA/Master's Degree\nTen (10) years of professional experience\nFour (4) years of on-property experience\nThree (3) years of experience working with OnQ Rate & Inventory and Global Revenue Optimization (GRO) systems\nCross-brand or product line experience\nMicroStrategy proficiency\nExperience with travel industry reservation and hotel property management systems\nStrong experience in hospitality and inventory control\nSpanish language skills\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
