Regional Manager, Rx Quality

Chewy’s Pharmacy Network is looking for a **Regional Quality Manager** to drive quality improvements across our pharmacy fulfillment operations. This role will oversee inventory accuracy, compliance, and fulfillment processes while enhancing efficiency and vendor collaboration. You'll lead strategic initiatives, balance multiple projects, and leverage data to optimize performance. We seek a leader with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Partner with site leaders to **improve inventory accuracy, vendor compliance, and fulfillment processes**
+ Drive strategic initiatives that **enhance efficiency, reduce errors, reduce concessions, and optimize storage capacity**
+ Oversee vendor compliance and **ensure adherence to quality standards**
+ Support new site launches, develop capacity models, and refine operational workflows
+ Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
+ Lead training, reporting, and documentation efforts to support quality initiatives
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Ability to travel **25%+** to support operations, staffing, and new launches.
+ Experience in **inventory accuracy, fulfillment operations, and quality programs** at a network level.
+ Strong **analytical skills** , including experience working with complex datasets. SQL knowledge is a plus.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
+ Strong **communication and leadership** skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Experience in **continuous improvement, process optimization, or Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies** is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
