As an experienced Operations Leader, you will be well versed in multi-site field leadership, have strong commercial acumen, be versatile, patient, adaptable and above all, have a commitment to growing and developing your team.
You will have experience in managing your own profit and loss and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract / service delivery. In addition, you’re a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety & kitchen standards, especially HACCP & ISO. You can delegate effectively, lead by example and drive performance to achieve outcomes.

Multi Site Operations Management experience at various levels (our Villages range in size from 150 up to 3000 rooms. You will be responsible for a cluster of Villages across NSW, Qld and WA) Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, high performing & stable team Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls and rostering Experience within service, accommodation or hospitality industry Manual C Class driver’s license Currently have or willing to obtain a clear National Police Clearance under 6 months old Knowledge of rostering & time and attendance Extensive knowledge of volume commercial catering practices and processes Ideally a degree in Business or Hospitality (preferred but not essential)You will be able to showcase:
