The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Regional Manager with a proactive mindset and strong financial and commercial expertise to lead and expand the Asset Care business in Western Australia.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager of Asset Care and oversee the operations of our two facilities located in Western Australia and South Australia.
Relocation assistance could be provided for the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage P&L to achieve financial objectives while ensuring safety and quality standards. Build and retain a skilled, motivated workforce. Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Drive operational improvements and business growth with existing and new clients. Oversee efficient scheduling, planning, labor management, and timely claims/invoicing. Develop project schedules to optimize staffing and meet deadlines. Supervise and support teams working outside standard hours in high-risk environments. Promote updates to operational processes to minimize risks. Handle recruitment and employment changes via PageUp and ESS Advice forms. Oversee HR activities for team members, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning. Lead and develop operational teams, fostering career growth and addressing performance issues proactively.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Proven experience to lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive strategic growth Minimum 10 years’ speicalist management experience in a multi-disciplinary or industrial environment Engineering, technical, and/or tertiary qualified Proven ability to maintain and develop high level client relationships. Previous experience in P&L Management and/or contract management Experience in a field management role requiring strict H&S procedures & compliance Strong communication and people management skills A strong commercial focus with proven business/financial acumen. Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
