Make a difference. **J** **o** **b Title:** Regional Manager **Overview:** + Oversees the business and marketing operations of multiple locations in a large physical area, manages budgets, and sets performance objectives in a designated geographic area, such as in a specific county or across several states. + Manages daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. + Plans, develops, evaluates, implements, and optimizes business plans. **Typical Functions:** + Coordinates schedules and activities of location managers, guides management staff in assigned region, evaluates and optimizes operational performance, and conducts regular performance appraisals. + Ensures regulatory, quality, and company standards are followed; and prepares operations and financial reports. + Determines the operational practices of businesses managed, makes sure each runs smoothly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns, and achieves business goals and revenue targets. + Checks in on individual stores to make sure the stores are stocked, clean, and in proper working order. + Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and operations and finance reports. + Handles escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. + Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and supports managers. + Coordinate with other Regional Manager and Director of Utility Sales to hold annual/bi-annual managers and sales meetings. + Local travel between branches as needed **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Electrical distribution experience strongly preferred + 3+ years management experience **Work Shift and Hours:** Monday - Friday in office, standard business hours **Compensation Details:** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $90,000 annually depending on experience.
