Labcorp is seeking to hire a Regional Manager Business Development to help identify and shape opportunities for our continued growth across our Indiana Region.
As the Indiana RMBD, you will hold a key position within the organization with the responsibility of overseeing local clinical, specialty, hospital and account manager sales representatives. You will work with and report to the Associate Vice President and Area Director of the West Subdivision to implement and drive strategic initiatives, grow market share, ensure retention, run the P&L for the Indiana region and continue to promote a culture of professional sales consultants.

This individual should possess the ability to leverage Labcorp's data analytics, clinical trials, scientific expertise, and unique partnership models in order to create a unique customer value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Indiana Region’s P&L with the partnership of your operations leadershipLead Indiana’s sales team with new business sales and retention effortsDevelop and implement new sales strategies as well as targeting and positioning strategiesEffectively communicate and gain representative buy in for important company initiativesDevelop and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and C-suite customersPromote effective partnership between the sales force and laboratory operationsContinue with the build-out and development of a top performing teamBuild trust and confidence with the sales team leading to excellent coaching relationshipsUnderstand industry and local market trends to help create customer and segment-specific targeting and positioning strategiesPerks of working with Labcorp as an RMBD:

Bachelor's Degree w/a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry preferred. 2-3 Years Management experience required.A strong degree of technical and analytical competency preferredHigh level of both verbal and written communication skillsAbility to fulfill all responsibilities both out in the field and administrative dutiesSalesforce experience preferred but not requiredRequires a Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to create, implement, and successfully execute on growth and retention strategiesBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
