Regional Manager (Consumer Food Trading) - HK & Macau
Responsible for deepening and reforming the beverage and instant noodles channels in Hong Kong and Macao markets; Responsible for the promotion and implementation of group policies, the undertaking, transformation and implementation of channel strategies, as well as the integration and effective use of resources for channel/brand/competition strategies in the Hong Kong and Macao markets; Responsible for the overall planning, distribution, coordination and resource allocation of work within the department; Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide training and guidance to help team members develop sales skills and improve performance. Responsible for formulating sales targets of the sales managers, developing assessment standards and performance improvement plans, and being responsible for department P&L; Responsible for the department's annual budget and reasonably control expenses.
