The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the predetermined sales targets of the region This includes managing a team of marketing advisers and administrative personnel marketing products and establishing profitable business relationships with brokers and other clients over the entire region
Duties and responsibilities
Management of a team of Marketing Advisers as well as administrative personnel so that the regions production and administrative targets can be archived and exceeded
The establishment and maintenance of sound profitable business relationships with brokers and internal/ external clients
The acceptance of responsibility for all the administrative tasks and processes within the region
The training and development of staff within the region
Specific Requirements
Must understand the insurance market
At least 5 years relevant Management/ Sales experience
Enjoys current credibility amongst his/her peers
Management development training will be to your advantage
Qualifications & Experience
Matric Grade 12
B Com / Law Degree
Minimum relevant degree or diploma
Salary R600000 per annum
