ActionLink is seeking Regional Managers who will directly manage a team of Market Managers to drive performance, ensure brand consistency, and maximize sales impact. The Regional Manager oversees recruiting, hiring, and scheduling Market Managers, ensuring all team members receive thorough training on sales initiatives, product knowledge, and execution strategies. This individual works closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of excellence in field operations.
What we offer:

Oversee and execute TCL TV sales strategies within the regionCommunicate sales objectives to Market Managers for seamless retail executionAchieve KPIs: Sell-through targets, market share, and recommendation ratesEnsure proper staffing and compliance across programsMonitor and manage financial metrics, including mileageBuild strong relationships with Market Managers and retail leadershipProvide training, coaching and mentorship to market managersLead performance management: recognition, rewards and accountabilityAnalyze field insights and make data-driven recommendations to optimize program executionWorking environment:
