Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA

 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA, you’ll collaborate with the global Marketing team to develop best-in-class marketing and communications strategies, media and public relations initiatives, and branding and sales support activities to enhance the business of our offices in London, Athens, and Dubai. 

 

YOUR IMPACT 

Partner closely with regional leaders and stakeholders to boost our brand awareness, drive sales, and promote client engagement for offices across the EMEA region  Identify and implement the optimal mix of growth marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media strategies that will meet their goals  Collaborate with our global Marketing and Design teams to plan and execute multi-channel initiatives that guide clients from initial brand introduction to high utilization  Support our regional Sales and Client Service teams by building a local and regional event strategy, drafting press releases, and developing targeted email campaigns, videos, and presentations  Establish and track KPIs for all marketing initiatives, employing those metrics to optimize future programs, prove out ROI, and demonstrate our successes to company leadership 

 

WHAT YOU HAVE 

Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, English, and/or Business major a plus)  5-7 years of experience in global B2B marketing, PR, and/or communications with experience in digital marketing  Experience creating and executing multi-channel content marketing campaigns with a thorough understanding of engagement, retention, and analytics, as well as comfort with organic and paid disciplines  Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and WordPress a plus  Balance of creative and analytical thinking, allowing for adaptability and proactive problem-solving  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong working relationships with executive leaders  Strong project management capabilities that allow for execution of complex cross-functional initiatives   Advanced copywriting experience with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple and easily understood language  Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic hands-on working environment  Fluent English essential
