Preferred locations for the role are Denmark (Brabrand & Lyngby), Germany (Niebull) or France (Neuilly) – hybrid or remote.
Your Focus
As Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and execution of strategies for the region while ensuring best-in-class marketing. With the delivery of value and insights, creativity, and engagement you are expected to build stronger customer relationships and generate growth. You will leverage consumer insights, market data, technical knowledge and business intelligence to support the financial performance of the region. You will bring strong communication and influencing skills to address challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrating ability to become the trusted partner of multiple internal stakeholders (e.g. product management, sales, innovation, communication) will be key to gain commitment at all levels in the organization. You will be expected to turn plans into actions and to engage customers by developing and presenting insightful marketing content. You will have an ability to deliver valuable category insight, be curious about markets and consumers, demonstrate passion for food and beverages and therefore produce uncommon presentations that have commercial relevance along with innovative ideas that create an experience.
Good presentation skills and being comfortable when presenting to customers is a prerequisite.
The role will report directly to the Regional Marketing Director for Food Ingredients in Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME).

What You Will Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, B2C or B2B, in food ingredient industry or FMCGProven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaignsExperience within the Bakery industry is a plusStrong presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to analyze market and financial data, generate consumer and customer insights and recommend actions based on findingsAffinity for developing creative marketing tools and visuals that meet the IFF brandAbility to interact and influence multiple departments to ensure that customer needs are met Can-do attitude, ambitious, proactive and ready to embrace and deliver changeTeam player – Ability to work effectively with global, regional and local teams in a multicultural and fast changing environment.High proficiency with PowerPoint and ExcelFluent in English – any additional European language is a plusWilling and able to travel up to 20% or moreWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
