The TCL Mobile Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving TCL device sell-through across a large territory of carrier stores, this position specifically focuses on a broad region and emphasizes building strategic relationships with wireless carrier leadership—including district managers and above. The goal is to enhance brand visibility and execute effective marketing, sales, and training initiatives that directly impact sales performance.

Develop and implement market-specific sales strategiesCoordinate in-store activations, product launches and promotional eventsBuild and maintain relationships with retail leadership for optimal product placementAct as Brand Ambassador; communicating product benefits to partners and consumersFacilitate live and virtual product training sessions for retail teamsSupport regional events as TCL's primary representativeProvide ongoing support and coaching to retail partnersMonitor and analyze market performance, sales trends and competitor activitiesCompile reports and present insights to regional leadershipManage regional marketing budgets and track expensesEnsure compliance with brand guidelines for marketing materials and displaysManage monthly KPI goals for performance evaluationWorking Environment:
Frequent travel by car or plane, including overnight stays, as neededHave and maintain a driver's license and able to rent vehicles under the ActionLink's corporate insurance standardsMotor Vehicle check will be conductedStand and walk for extended periods during store visits and training sessionsLift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g. product displays, marketing materials or demo units)Navigate various retail environments including sales floors, stockrooms and event spacesOur Next Mobile Maverick:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, retail sales, training or brand management, ideally in mobile devices or consumer electronicsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business, Communications or related fieldProven success in executing regional marketing strategies and building relationships with carrier leadershipAbility to drive measurable sales outcomes through strategic marketing initiativesPhysical Requirements:
