Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop regional strategies together with other teams to achieve revenue and growth goals in a regulated healthcare diagnostics space.Assume responsibility for coordinating new product introductions in Europe, covering activities such as launch planning, marketing strategies, sales training, setting important metrics for success, and evaluating post-launch business performance in relation to growth targets.Collaborate closely with the R&D and global product lifecycle management team to ensure that effective Allergy workflow/solutions messaging is incorporated into all marketing content built by the RMD team allergy EU, aligned with the needs of the target segment.Apply market research, healthcare economics, commercial data, customer insights, and insights from the sales team to build regionally impactful marketing strategies for our businesses.Be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging digital content and programs for laboratory customers, healthcare providers, clinical network policymakers, and patients.Build and deliver effective sales content and training.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProven expertise in partnership, teamwork, and solving problems.Extensive knowledge in allergy diagnostics, healthcare, and IVD.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements across Europe.Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging with key customers in medical fields.Ability to prioritize resources on projects with the greatest impact on patient and commercial outcomes.Comfort with using large and sophisticated data sets for decision-making.Motivated by staying current with market trends and competitor innovations.
Your Education and ExperienceHigher degree in a life science subject, preferable with specialization in immunology (Master, PhD)3+ years’ Commercial experience and/or MBA is preferredProven ability in commercial roles preferred.Experience working with IVD, IVDR, and Med-tech Code compliance.Proficient written and spoken English, with proficiency in one other major European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) preferred. Spanish language skills will be a plus.
