2. Develop and maintain strategic network plans that align with business objectives, ensuring the end-to-end network design supports service level agreements (SLAs) and minimizes operational costs.
3. Engage in tactical network planning, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and route optimization, to enhance responsiveness to market fluctuations and customer demands.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional, regional and venture teams (e.g., Operations, finance) to incorporate diverse perspectives into network strategies and ensure alignment across departments.
5. Monitor network performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and propose adjustments to maintain or improve service levels and cost efficiency.
