This position will travel within a region to fulfill nurse leadership needs. Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed, as well as identify areas of improvement through audits. The Regional Nurse may be assigned various levels of leadership within our communities and perform various day to day tasks such as assessments, following up with physician's orders, analyze and adjust staffing levels, admissions/readmissions, and on-going training.
