As a Regional Nursery Quality & Assurance Manager you’ll be a Level 3 Childcare qualified professional with an Understanding of how individual and team performance produces results, and continually strives to deliver and exceed goals and objectives. You will understand the importance of the customer and work towards exceeding expectations and satisfaction.
 

As our Regional Nursery Quality & Assurance Manager you will:

Take full responsibility and accountability for managing the professional development of the organisations childcare staff, including Managers, Deputies and Room Leaders.

Be accountable for developing, directing, implementing, co-ordinating and monitoring a framework of quality learning and development systems and audit programmes across the Nurseries which ensure legal and internally set requirement whilst supporting and advancing the aims and objectives of Nuffield Health.

Be a key part in driving quality learning and standards, enforcing Ofsted standards and improving our Nursery provision across the estate, through engaging site teams, developing practice and working alongside leaders to maintain & improve regulatory standards.

Experience, Knowledge & Expertise – Essential

Ofsted and Statutory Frameworks

Previous Ofsted Outstanding or Good in either management or quality roles.
