Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Regional Office Coordinator (ROC) is a part of the Business Operations Department. The ROC is assigned multiple sites and partners with site leadership to ensure essential tasks related to employees are completed. The ROC provides administrative support as needed, while demonstrating excellent customer service with a professional attitude. New hire onboarding: ensures electronic forms are completed prior to start date, initiates IT ticket for equipment and applications access, and audits employee’s electronic personnel file for compliance and survey readiness. Coordinates New Hire onboarding and orientation process. Responsible for completion of background screenings and review of ongoing monitoring processes. Ensures completion of New Hire documents and audits personnel files for accuracy and completion Updates employee profiles in Workday: status changes, compensation changes, leave of absence, and terminations. Also initiates leave of absence process. Responsible for Payroll audits routinely monitoring and assisting with corrections and escalations as needed Resolves licensure expirations and provides licensure updates to assigned sites. Maintains effective communication with employees and office staff Participates, as requested, in process improvement responsibilities Quality Outcomes Meets expectations of quality. Demonstrates service excellence and values and mission of AccentCare in all aspects of work performance Builds positive relationships Communicates effectively Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Human Resources related duties and High School diploma. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, organized, self-starter, and ability to meet deadlines.
