The Opportunity

Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Regional Office Manager. In this role, you will provide the primary administrative support for your respective market. This includes but is not limited to, overall office management, providing support, direction, and information to Area Managers and Service Center Managers, maintaining Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and corporate accounting reports, and adhering to and overseeing corporate/market-specific policies.

How You'll Make a Difference

Monitor corporate accounting reports pertinent to multi-unit facility operations' expenses via SAP and desktop software for proper posting of expenses, including:

Produce monthly profit and loss reports for distribution to the company

Perform accounting reviews in SAP to ensure all accounting categories are correct and expenses are within budget (includes responsibility given by corporate office to ensure proper accounting codes are used)

Ensure purchase card expenses are properly allocated in Concur and oversee the purchase card retention files

Perform the function of Office Manager, including but not limited to:

Perform general office management including but not limited to maintaining equipment and facility, ordering office supplies, and troubleshooting basic technology issues

Direct and coordinate administrative services

Approve invoices with FAA approval

Approve check requests and write checks as an authorized signer

Monitor compliance with corporate policy and procedures for understanding and implementation, including developing processes for multi-unit facilities, order marketing and merchandising materials for multiple service centers, including signage and advertising needs

Coordinate and arrange travel for the Regional Matrix Team

Function as a member of the Core team and work in conjunction with the Regional Matrix Team to provide support, direction, and information to area supervisors and service center managers, including but not limited to:

Develop, analyze, and distribute data necessary to successfully plan and reach company profit numbers

Provide input and tools to assist in managing employee well-being and customer satisfaction

Communicate and support corporate initiatives

Direct and coordinate office to ensure the facility follows all guidelines set forth by region and corporate policies:

Includes training and communication functions in all computer software from corporate databases, SAP, mainframe, internet, and personal computer applications including Excel and Word

Communicate any changes in administrative functions that need to be performed to support the multi-unit retail operation

Manage EHS reports for multi-units, including but not limited to:

Ensure that all occupational injuries are reported with full and correct detail of incidents and investigations are completed promptly

Maintain records for OSHA requirements

Communicate with workers' compensation representatives as needed

Communicate safety hazards and information to maintain safety awareness in the centers

Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
