Your job responsibilities as a Regional Office Services Manager:

Responsible for managing the Omaha Office Services Team. Ensure the Office Services Team is providing timely and efficient support to our team members.Coordinate office lease updates and negotiations with landlord and HUB Real Estate Team. Maintain proactive communication with landlords for facility needs and concerns.Serve as a liaison to the HUB Corporate Procurement Team, coordinating specified orders and overseeing the purchase process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Manage relationships with internal and external vendors, including suppliers of office supplies, cleaning services, security, and equipment maintenance. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service levels are met.Work with the Corporate IT team to ensure the office has the necessary technology infrastructure and equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication systems.Culture Leadership & Planning. Develop and execute strategies for culture initiatives and events. Plan logistics for monthly and annual events.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, facilities management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or a related administrative role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines, and coordinate multiple jobs.Work in the office Monday through Friday.
