As a Regional Operations Analyst, your focus is gathering data from various systems/sources to perform operational and performance analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. You’ll review data programs and initiatives that support and enhance the Company´s commitment to customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting each other as well as Spectrum!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Quantitative or operational analysis: 3 yearsEducation: Bachelor´s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience Technical Skills: Ability to analyze key performance indicators/metricsSkills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to effectively present complex data to cross functional audiences Proficiency in data analysis and report creationKnowledge of cable television products and servicesSQL experienceTableau experience
