The is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services across multiple sites within EMEA. They ensure the effective implementation of facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to meet the operational goals of both the client and the organization.

The Regional Operations and IFM Lead plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

What this job involves

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their facility management needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.Team Leadership: Manage a team of facility management professionals, including Facility Managers, Facility Coordinators, and Support Staff. Provide direction, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and tools to effectively fulfil their roles.Operations Management: Oversee the delivery of a wide range of facility services, such as maintenance and repairs, vendor management, space planning, security, and health and safety compliance. Monitor service delivery standards, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and meet client expectations.Financial Management: Manage the regional IFM budget, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth. Ensure financial targets are achieved or exceeded.Contract Management: Manage vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance, performance, and adherence to contractual obligations. Evaluate vendor performance regularly and initiate corrective actions when necessary.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and innovation within the IFM program. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Health, Safety & Sustainability: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote sustainable practices and develop initiatives to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability.Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and provide updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role will oversee the FM Team across multiple locations within EMEA

Requirements:

The Regional IFM Lead plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial success. They must possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage and optimize facility management operations across the region.
