We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Endoscopy team, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a home based role with travel to sites, supporting our static services across the Central and Southeast of England. As a Operations Manager with InHealth, you will hold CQC registered manager status, providing leadership excellence for a multi-disciplinary team, to deliver a high standard Endoscopy service.

The services this role will cover are: Ipswich, Braintree, Witney & Bicester.   9 day fortnight rota pattern - 37.5 hour contract  

What you will do:

Be responsible for the quality and safety of your service(s) as the Registered Manager (CQC) Cultivate and nurture your team(s) to deliver a high standard Endoscopy service across multiple and/or complex contracts Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Provide clear operational and strategic leadership, inspiring and motivating your team(s) Complete local reporting and maintain oversight and responsibility of local capacity and demand requirements

About you:

Knowledgeable on the healthcare sector, in particular Endoscopy and the role it has to play within local health systems Previous operational management experience within the healthcare sector and a proven track record of leading a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of designing and delivering operational processes and efficiencies for clinical services The ability to coach and develop staff members to achieve professional development while engaging and motivating them to achieve objectives and KPIs Confident prioritising conflicting demands successfully through developed organisational and time management skills Experience of improving the quality of care across CQC regulated services.
