RHOME and it’s family of rental companies, Associa’s Residential Rental Property Management Company, is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for its residential management portfolios.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nOversee, recruit, train, manage and motivate a team of Rental Branch Managers who oversee day-to-day field operations as part of the overall product delivery of 3rd party, for-fee, property management of single family and vacation rental properties;\nEnsure each Branch Manager has specific plans and measureable goals in the following categories:\n\nBusiness Development (Organic Growth Focus)\nClient Retention\nOperations Structure and Customer Service Delivery\nFinancial Management\n\n\nWork closely with Associa Rentals Executive team to set and drive key performance initiatives for Region;\nResponsible for ongoing talent development and achievement of branch improvement plans;\nActively monitor regional performance against plans and initiate appropriate action;\nThis position reports to the National Director of Property Management\n\n Requirements

Education/Experience Required:

\n\n10+ years Property Management Industry experience;\nCollege Degree preferred;\nStrong analytical skills;\nStrong aptitude as well as proven track record in effective decision making and problem solving;\nAbility to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment;\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal;\nStrong listening skills including customer service and teamwork orientation with the ability to empathize and provide personal coaching to staff;\nSignificant Business Development, Service Delivery, and Financial Management experience;\nProven ability to achieve results through leading others;\nTravel involved\n\n
