We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while driving operational strategies and best practices. Your leadership will be crucial in recruiting, training, and developing a team of supervisors and cleaning staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
o Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to optimize productivity and service quality.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
o Maintain labour budgets to ensure profitability while meeting service expectations.
o Plan and manage budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts in collaboration with local management.
o Deliver on P&L targets by monitoring and controlling operational metrics.
2. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and develop a team of supervisors and cleaning staff.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to drive individual and team success.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
o Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Financial Management:
o Manage regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
o Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions when necessary.
o Maintain labour budgets to balance costs and productivity.
o Provide appropriate reporting and analysis to upper management on financial and operational performance.
5. Business Development:
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support new client onboarding.
o Contribute to proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Develop and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to company and client standards.
o Implement corrective action plans to address deficiencies and improve performance.
7. Reporting and Communication:
o Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance, client feedback, and financial results to upper management.
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, employees, and corporate leadership.

+ 5+ years of operational management experience, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
+ Managing large labour force
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM (salesforce) and operational software.
+ Open to other CRMs - only use this for work orders and case management (ADP)
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
