We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Operations Manager in our Rockville, MD office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with occasional weekend shifts.   Travel to our offices within the DMV will be required.  Salary:  $90K+

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Operations Manager is responsible for:

Oversee operational processes and work to improve quality and efficiency  Providing management and direction for the DC metro offices in all areas of local operations including employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity, and facility appearance & maintenance Organizing the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize the staff's skills and abilities Coordinating and facilitating the effective delivery of patient services by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations Working in close collaboration with the Regional Executive Director and other members of the management team to promote open communication to help ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients and to facilitate revenue growth for the Practice Ensuring that employees are compliant with the company policies and operating under company guidelines Setting goals for assigned staff and motivating staff to accomplish the goals Supervising and redirecting assigned staff as needed to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery Promote company culture and encouraging top level performance Responsible for budgeting, reporting and regular audits

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or other relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.    Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry. Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.  Experience managing a team of people for maximum performance. Strong computer proficiency including experience with MS Office Suite. Financial background & prior experience such as a background with developing and maintaining budgets and general accounting.  Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.  Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building.  Strong conflict resolution skills. Must have high bias for action and thoroughness, and ability to cultivate a high level of team synergy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
