**Regional Post Sales Support Coordinator**
**Location: fully remote** with business trips
**The Job (responsibilities):**
+ Execution and implementation of the centrally specified service and after-sales processes
+ Expansion of spare parts & after-market sales with existing and new customers
+ Support and regular visit of dealers and relevant service companies
+ Technical Customer Consulting (Dealer, Industry and Consumer)
+ Sales support
+ On-site contact for authorities and, if arising, product liability cases
+ First point of contact for the Dealers in relation to the service
+ Service Manager support
+ Preparation of reports
**The Person (requirements):**
+ At least 3 years of experience with technical / commercial field
+ After-sales / service experience in consumer products (ideally outdoor power equipment).
+ Solution oriented, negotiation and sales skills
+ Coping with difficult situations
+ **Ready for frequent business trips**
+ **Driving license**
+ **Very good communication in Slovak/Czech and English (** other CE language or German language will be an advantage)
+ Familiar in working as a team member
+ Self-reliant and ready to take challenges
+ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
