Regional Post Sales Support Coordinator

Location: fully remote with business trips

The Job (responsibilities):

Execution and implementation of the centrally specified service and after-sales processesExpansion of spare parts & after-market sales with existing and new customersSupport and regular visit of dealers and relevant service companiesTechnical Customer Consulting (Dealer, Industry and Consumer)Sales supportOn-site contact for authorities and, if arising, product liability casesFirst point of contact for the Dealers in relation to the serviceService Manager supportPreparation of reports

The Person (requirements):

At least 3 years of experience with technical / commercial fieldAfter-sales / service experience in consumer products (ideally outdoor power equipment).Solution oriented, negotiation and sales skillsCoping with difficult situationsReady for frequent business trips Driving licenseVery good communication in Slovak/Czech and English (other CE language or German language will be an advantage)Familiar in working as a team memberSelf-reliant and ready to take challengesGood knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
