+ The Regional Practice Manager will commit to providing operational oversight of physician clinics to create the highest quality and cost-effective health care within our integrated delivery system.
+ In partnership with the director, the Regional Practice Manager will be accountable for identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline clinic operations and optimize operational performance, patient experience, financial performance, and provider and staff engagement.
+ The Regional Practice Manager assumes responsibility for the planning, designing, implementing and maintaining programs, policies and management systems of the overall operations of assigned ambulatory clinic sites.
**Additional Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous healthcare experience managing clinical practice operations, specifically in a clinic specializing in orthopedics and/or sports medicine.
+ This position will be responsible for managing a high profile, new Orthopedics/Sports Medicine practice for CommonSpirit Health.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, may have some after hours obligations
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
+ 5 years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two years management experience
+ High School Diploma required
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field preferred
+ Entrepreneurial spirit and have the skills and to lead a small business
+ Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics
+ Must possess strong knowledge of clinic operations; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good communications skills; good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills
+ Must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect
**Physical Requirements**
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
