The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. **Scope of Position:**
Responsible for execution of Global Supply Management (GSM) procurement strategies to manage sourcing of quality products, equipment and services in alignment with business objectives and strategies. Responsible for defining, deploying, and maintaining best-in-class procurement processes to support supply assurance, minimizing inventories, optimizing total cost of ownership, and source-to-pay efficiency. Leverages and optimizes global GSM resources and services to deliver business value.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leads and develops procurement operations team resources and is responsible for professional growth roadmap of the team
+ Delivers GSM global objectives in alignment with the business objectives and strategies
+ Supports the overall organizational strategy, identifying key resource needs for areas of responsibility
+ Facilitates process delivery and change management needs between division and corporate GSM function
+ Champions, advocates, and ensures compliance with the Global Buying Policy (GBP) utilizing standard Global Supply Management (GSM) source-to-pay (S2P) processes and tools; including ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing requirements
+ Develops annual cost reduction plans and long-term strategies and integrates with the GSM Savings Tracker cost reduction process and business cost reduction portfolio process
**Qualifications:**
Required Education:
+ Bachelors Degree
**Years and Area of Experience:**
+ 5+ years experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Operations roles with demonstrated track record of results
+ Demonstrated understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and enterprise procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc)
+ 3 + years experience managing a team of direct reports in exempt positions
**Required Skills:**
+ Ability to establish direction, work across multiple work streams, create strategy, and execute
+ Demonstrated decision making, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management/problem solving skills and ability to drive results through others (inside the function and outside the function)
+ Contracting experience (negotiation, writing, and management)
+ Global Business knowledge and cross-cultural agility
+ Commodity/Supply Chain expertise
+ Multi-site management experience
**Desired Skills:**
+ Project management experience
+ Should-Cost analysis
+ Experience across multiple businesses, division and/or technologies
+ Experience with global manufacturing and business through work or project experience
+ Institute for Supply Management (ISM) or APICs certifications CPSM, C.P.M., A.P.P., CPIM, CSCP, etc.
+ Lean or Six Sigma Certification or equivalent experience

+ Charlotte, NC
+ ~20% (+/-10%)

The range for this position is $135,540.00 - $186,368.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
